My research interests include atmospheric modeling, data assimilation, numerical weather prediction, hydrometeorology, and extreme weather events. I am also interested in using observations, modeling, and statistical methods to improve forecasting and better understand atmospheric processes across a range of scales.  

I am from south Louisiana and have an undergraduate degree and a master's degree in Civil Engineering form Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA.
