Esteemed NOAA Meteorologist Louis Uccellini Joins the AOSC Faculty

We’re very excited to welcome Dr. Louis Uccellini to the UMD faculty on July 1 as a visiting research professor in AOSC and ESSIC. He recently retired as the assistant administrator for weather services and 16th director of the National Weather Service at NOAA.
