Chu-Chun Chang to be the 2022 Lev Gandin Fellow

We are happy to announce that Chu-Chun Chang will be the 2022 Lev Gandin Fellow for her extraordinary work on implementing ocean Ensemble Forecast Sensitivity to Observations (EFSO) and investigating the feasibility of an innovative correlation localization method for atmospheric ensemble data assimilation.
