Maryland Mesonet Recognized with Public Safety Partner Award in Montgomery County

The Maryland Mesonet, a joint partnership between the Maryland Department of Emergency Management (MDEM) and the University of Maryland (UMD), was recently recognized at the 51st Annual Montgomery County Public Safety Awards, highlighting its growing role in supporting emergency management and public safety across the region.

The Montgomery County Public Safety Awards honor individuals and organizations who demonstrate exceptional service, teamwork, and dedication to protecting the community.
